WORKING SYSTEM

TRAVEL
Dancers are responsible for their own travel arrangements; the club provides assistance with visa applications and offers airport pickup upon arrival.
ACCOMMODATION
Shared accommodations provided near the club; rent approximately USD 600 per month, inclusive of utilities and Wi-Fi.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age 21, attractive appearance, experience in exotic dance preferred, basic English proficiency.
DRESS CODE
Elegant and seductive attire; lingerie and high heels required.
COMMISSIONS FOR DANCES
Private dances: 10 min – USD 100 (dancer receives USD 70); 30 min – USD 250 (dancer receives USD 175); 60 min – USD 400 (dancer receives USD 280). Stage tips are 100% for the dancer.
PAYMENT & CONTRACT
Payments made weekly; minimum contract duration is 1 month, with extensions available based on performance.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS
Average earnings range from USD 1,000 to USD 2,500 per week, depending on performance and clientele engagement.

Valid passport required; the club provides guidance on obtaining the appropriate work permit for Guam.

WORKING SYSTEM
3-5 stage performances per night, each consisting of multiple songs, transitioning from dressed to topless/nude. Private lap dances in VIP lounges.
TRAVEL
Dancers are responsible for their own flights. Reimbursement is available after 48 working nights for a one-way ticket and 72 working nights for a return ticket. Free airport pickup provided.
ACCOMMODATION
Shared condos with double rooms, located 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the club. Amenities include kitchen, living room, bathroom, AC, fans, and WiFi (personal data plan recommended for faster internet). Cost: $11 per night.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 19 years old, well-groomed appearance, fun-loving and social personality, comfortable engaging with customers, basic English proficiency, confident and outgoing. Experience preferred but not required.
DRESS CODE
Elegant, sexy, and glamorous attire, including fantasy outfits, stripper heels, and accessories. Dancers are expected to maintain a high standard of appearance.
COMMISSIONS FOR DRINKS & DANCE
50% commission on private dances and drinks. Dance prices range from $100 for 10 minutes to $300 for 30 minutes. Drink prices: Small drink $20, Medium drink $50, Large drink $100, Beer $50. Dancers keep 100% of tips.
PAYMENT & CONTRACT
Dancers receive a base salary of $500 for every 6 shifts worked. All additional earnings from private dances, drink commissions, and tips belong to the dancer. Payment is in cash, nightly. Minimum contract: 1 month.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS
Depending on individual performance, customer engagement, and dance/drink sales, dancers can make substantial earnings per night. Estimated potential earnings range from $750 to $2,000 per shift.
