WORKING SYSTEM
Dancing on the stage 5-10 times per night. Sitting with guests, selling private shows and private dances, ladies drinks and bottles of champagne.
Open every evening except 10:00 PM – 05:00 AM
TRAVEL
The dancers have to organize and purchase their own tickets to arrive to the clubs destination. Transfer from the airport or the bus station is provided by the club.
ACCOMMODATION
Club offers full furnished aparment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 18 years old with pleasant appearance. Communicative, serious minded and ambitious. Experience is needed as well as speaking English language (other languages are optional). Dancers are expected to work 6 days a week.
DRESS CODE
Sexy night dress or a lingerie, but the dancers must look appealing and sexy, promote a professional and luxurious atmosphere.
COMMISSIONS
From the bottle of champagne the dancer can earn from 64€ u to 450€.
Ladies drinks are the drinks that the dancers drink with the guests in the main stage area. The dancer gets paid from 5€ up to 20€ per drink (depends on a drink).
Private Shows & Private Dances from 18€ up to 60€ (depends on a show). Duration is 10-15 minutes.
Tip in cash is 100% yours. Tip received on a credit card 40% (the club pay taxes for the dancers)
PAYMENT & CONTRACT
All the dancers are contracted (labour contract) as well they are all registered in the Croatian tax system. The dancers receive a fix salary daily. Salary includes health and social insurance. Fix salary is 50€ per day. Salary is paid on IBAN at the end of the month. Commissions are paid in cash evey week. The dancers do not have to pay any taxes. Minimum duration of a contract is 4 weeks.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS
Potential earnings are are 4000€ – 7000€ per month, depending on individual skills. No taxes, the club pay all the taxes for the dancers.

CLUB RULES
It is not accepted and it is not tolerated any form of prostitution and/or use of any drugs. Hanging out with customers outside the club as well as sharing any contact information (social media profiles or phone number) is not allowed.
